How To Advance In Pay Grade Before You Even Get To RTC

I don’t care how you do this, just do it. Get advanced by any means necessary. By picking up a pay grade or two even before you ship off you save yourself from being a E-1 in the fleet and doing much of the BS work, you also get paid a lot more!

Normal time in pay grade for E-1 to E-2 is nine months, then nine months more from E-2 to E-3… so you save yourself 18 months worth of pay and hardships by doing some things your going to have to do anyway.

So here is your options… but its not optional. Not for someone who is reading BootCamp4Me.com and is trying to prepare themselves for whats coming. Someone like you (who plans ahead and takes responsibility) should have no problem fulfilling these requirements and putting your career on the fast track!
